・各公演・イベントチケットは各公演及びイベントチケットページより、必要事項をご記入いただきお申し込みください。
・会員登録していただかなくてもチケットの購入は可能ですが、会員登録していただくとチケット購入毎の必要事項のご記入を省くことが可能です。事前の会員登録をおすすめ致します。
・ご購入の際のご登録メールアドレスは、パソコンメールアドレスを推奨しております。ezwebをはじめとする携帯アドレスは当サイトからの注文時の自動送信メールが届かない場合もございます。限定販売のチケットなどは再注文、再送ができないこともございますので、事前のメールアドレス設定及びパソコンアドレスのご準備をお願い致します。
・1枚につき、220円のシステム利用料をいただいております。システム利用料が追加された金額がお振込み金額であり、ご注文メールにも記載されております。正しい合計金額でお振込みいただけない場合、不足分がある場合も未入金と見なされます。不足分のあるお客様についての個別連絡はしておりませんので十分にご注意ください。
・Eチケット(メールにて座席番号等の詳細の載った電子チケット)ではなく、紙チケットの発券される公演、及びイベントでは別途1枚につき発券手数料110円がかかりますので予めご了承ください。対象の公演、及びイベントは各販売ページでご確認ください。
＊お支払いに関して
・銀行振込をご選択の方は振込名義の前に必ず注文番号下４桁をご入力ください。（入力不備等により、入金確認の遅延、座席が後方になってしまうことに関しての責任は負いかねます）
・公演により、振込先着順にて座席番号が決まる公演もございます。詳細はチケット購入ページにてご確認ください。
・オンライン系イベントの場合には、入金確認メールまでは当サイトより送られます。その後のイベントの詳細案内に関しては主催者側から送られますので、イベント内容等のお問い合わせは主催者側までお願い致します。
＊座席について
・当サイトでは、基本的にＥチケットを採用しております。各公演会場受付にて、スマートフォン等の、チケットメール画面または、その画面を印刷したものをお見せいただければご入場いただけます。
・紙チケットが発券、送付される場合には、会場に受け取ったチケットを必ずお持ちください。お忘れの場合はいかなる場合でも公演をご覧いただくことはできません。
＊お問い合わせについて
・当サイトへのお問い合わせは、チケットお振り込み時の不備等、チケット販売に関するお問い合わせのみ受け付けております。公演、イベント内容に関するお問い合わせにはお答えできませんので予めご了承ください。なお、注文番号不備等のお問い合わせには基本的にお返事は致しておりません。イベント３日前の時点でも入金確認メールなどが届かない場合には再度お問い合わせください。注文番号、お名前の記載のないお問い合わせにはお答えできませんので予めご了承ください。
*티켓 구매에 대해
- 각 공연&이벤트 티켓은, 각 공연 및 이벤트 티켓 페이지에서, 필요한 사항을 기입 후 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 회원 가입을 하지 않아도 티켓 구매는 가능하지만, 회원 가입을 하시면 티켓 구매 시, 재차 필요 사항을 기입하시는 등의 번거러움이 사라집니다. 구매전에 먼저 회원 가입 하시는 것을 추천드립니다.
- 구매 시 등록하시는 메일 주소는 PC이메일 주소를 권장하고 있습니다. 또한, 모바일 전용 메일 등으로는 주문 시 보내지는 자동 메일을 받지 못할 경우가 있습니다. 한정 판매 티켓 같은 경우, 메일을 못 받을 경우 다시 보내드릴 수 없기 때문에, 미리 사용 가능한 이메일 설정 및 PC 이메일을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 티켓 1장 당, 220엔의 시스템 이용료가 발생합니다. 시스템 이용료가 추가된 금액이 최종적으로 입금하실 금액이며, 주문 메일에도 해당 내용으로 기재되어 있습니다. 정확한 금액으로 입금되지 않을 경우, 또는 부족한 금액이 발생할 경우, 미입금 처리됩니다. 또한,해당 고객님에게는 별도로 연락을 취하지 않음으로 입금 시에는 주의를 해 주시기 바랍니다.
- E-티켓 (이메일로 보내지는 좌석 번호 및 상세내용이 실린 전자 티켓) 대신, 종이 티켓을 이용하는 공연 및 이벤트는 별도로 티켓 1장 당 발권 수수료가 110엔이 발생합니다. 이 점 미리 양해 부탁드립니다. 해당하는 공연 및 이벤트는 각 판매 페이지에서 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
*결제에 대해
- 은행 송금을 희망하시는 분은 입금시 명의 앞에 반드시 주문번호 마지막 4자리를 입력해 주시기 바랍니다. (입력 미비 등으로 인해, 입금 확인이 지연되어 좌석이 뒤로 밀리는 경우에도 책임을 지지 않습니다.)
- 공연에 따라서, 입금 선착순으로 좌석 번호가 정해지는 공연도 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 각 공연 티켓 구매 페이지에서 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 온라인 전용 이벤트의 경우, 입금 확인 메일은 해당 사이트를 통해 보내드립니다. 그 후의 이벤트 상세 안내는 주최 측에서 보내드리므로, 이벤트 내용 및 문의는 주최 측으로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.
*좌석에 대해
- 해당 사이트는 기본적으로 E-티켓을 사용하고 있습니다. 각 공연장 접수 시 스마트폰 등의 티켓이 확인 가능한 이메일 또는 그 화면을 인쇄한 것을 제시해 주시면 입장이 가능합니다.
- 종이 티켓이 발권, 송부되어 오는 경우에는 반드시 회장에 해당 티켓을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. 티켓이 확인되지 않을 경우, 어떠한 경우에도 공연에 참여 하실수 없습니다.
*각종 문의에 대해
- 해당 사이트로의 문의는, 티켓 입금 시의 문제 등 티켓 판매에 관한 내용에만 대응하고 있습니다. 공연 및 이벤트 내용에 관한 문의에는 답변이 불가능 한 점, 미리 양해 바랍니다. 또한 주문 번호를 잊어버리거나 주문 번호 미비에 관한 문의에는 대응하지 않습니다. 이벤트 시작 3일 전까지 입금 확인 메일이 오지 않을 경우에는 사이트로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. 주문 번호와 고객님 이름을 알 수 없는 문의에는 답변드릴 수 없으니, 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
* Regarding the ticket purchase
・For each live concerts/event ticket application, please fill in the required information from the designated site of certain events and apply.
・Tickets can be purchased without registering as a member, but if you register, you can omit to fill in the required information for each ticket purchase. We recommend that you register as a member in advance.
・We recommend using a computer email address as the registered email address when making a purchase. For mobile email addresses such as ezweb, you may not receive the email sent automatically from our site when placing an order. Purchases of limited-quantity tickets may not be reordered or resent, so please set your computer email address in advance.
・System usage fee (220 yen) is charged for each order. The amount must be added to the total amount of purchased items (this information is also stated in the order email). If you do not transfer the correct total amount, it will be considered unpaid. Please note that we do not contact customers individually who have transferred the wrong amount.
・Please note that a separate ticketing fee (110 yen) will be charged for performances and events where paper tickets are issued instead of E-tickets (electronic tickets with details such as seat numbers by email). Please check the sales page for each performance and event.
* Regarding the payments of purchases
・If you choose bank transfer, please be sure to enter the last 4 digits of the order number before the transfer bank account name. (We are not responsible for delays in payment confirmation or seats being placed behind due to improper input, etc.)
・Depending on each event, seat numbers may be decided on a first-come, first-sold basis. Please check the ticket purchase page for details.
・For online events, a payment confirmation email will be sent from this site. The organizer will send you detailed information about the event after that, so please contact the organizer for inquiries regarding the content of the event.
* Regarding the seat number
・This site uses E-tickets. You can enter certain performance venues by showing the ticket email screen on your smartphone or a printed version of the screen at the reception desk.
・When a paper ticket is issued or sent, please be sure to bring the ticket you received to the venue. If you don’t have it with you, you will not be able to enter the venue nor see the performance under any circumstances.
* Regarding inquiries
・For inquiries, we only accept inquiries regarding ticket sales/inadequate transfer amount when placing an order. Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding performances and event details. Also, we do not reply to inquiries such as incomplete order numbers. If you do not receive the payment confirmation email within 3 days before the event, please contact us again. Please note that we cannot answer inquiries without an order number and full name mentioned.
