\u25c6 About the application used<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb For the event will be held using the web conferencing tool “ZOOM”, please be sure to check if both of your audio and video camera is working properly. It is also possible to turn off the video camera on the customer’s side. (There will be support from the staff in advance, so please check the details via email after application.)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb We will contact you in advance via email with details and instructions for the day of the event.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb Register for the ONEWORLD Official LINE before the day of the event.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb If you wish, you can participate in the pre-connection meeting that we will guide our customers by the day of the event.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb Up to 6 tickets<\/span> can be purchased for each member per order.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

(You can apply for more than the above limited number by ordering again.)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb This event is limited to 150 tickets<\/span> per member and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to purchase, please apply as soon as possible.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb When placing an order, please type in the name you want the artist to write (nicknames other than modifiers are possible, within 6 characters in Hiragana (or Katakana), Korean (Hangeul) or Alphabet), and your LINE ID (or Skype ID if you do not have a LINE ID). LINE ID (or Skype ID) will be used to send the “ZOOM” Online Fansign Event participation URL on the day of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u203bEach autograph includes both LEX and Sungmin’s signature and one line message.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb You can only enter one name for each purchase.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb Please note that if you enter more than one name, the name you entered first will be written. If you do not enter your name, it will proceed without your name written.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb If you entered your name in Hangul, garbled characters may be seen during the confirmation screen, but please be assured that it will be processed properly.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25c6 Precautions when making a payment transfer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*System usage fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket.<\/span><\/p>\n

*When making a transfer, please be sure to transfer the total amount including the system usage fee in the same name as the applicant.<\/strong> (If the name of the applicant and the name of the transfer account are different, or if the amount is insufficient, the payment cannot be confirmed.)<\/span><\/p>\n

* Please be sure to specify the last 4 digits of the order number before the transfer name.<\/span><\/p>\n

* In any case, applications are invalid if the payment date confirmed in our company is over the payment deadline written above<\/strong>, and we will not refund the application that is judged to be invalid.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25c6 Notes on the day of the event<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb On the day of the event, it will proceed in the order of the order table sent in advance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb Please be sure to enter using a username including the “last 5 digits of your order number”. (If the order number is not stated, we may not be able to approve it.)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb The event will be proceeded by customer + member + staff (participation only by voice guidance). You can choose to have a Japanese-Korean interpreter if you wish, but please note that it will not be a professional interpreter but will be a “dialogue supporter” between the customer and the member.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb Please participate in the event in a place and condition where you can connect to the internet stably. (PC is recommended)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb We recommend that you refrain from participating in public places, as the event will proceed like a video call.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25c6A request to our fans\u2605<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<Non-face-to-face online autograph session> is a precious time for artists and fans to meet.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

During the online signing event, if there are any rude requests\/profanity\/speech against the artist, we will immediately stop the signing event and take a compulsory leave.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, during the signing event, even though it is a private place, some fans visit, and there are cases where protests and complaints from nearby residents are received. Please refrain from doing the above for the sake of maintaining the order and order of the fans as well as the smooth progress of the artist’s schedule.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*You are able to get the Purchaser benefits when you purchase online tickets at one time. There will be no benefits when the participation date is different or orders are divided.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Purchase benefits will be sent to the customer’s LINE ID (Free calls and messages application) asked when placing an order. The delivery period is within one week after the end of the Online Fansign Event, and we will not be able to send it to any other application other than the LINE we asked for when placing an order. Also, we cannot resend special benefits sent digitally if the customer was not able to save the file during the storage limitation due.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25a0 Notes on delivery<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb After the Online Fansign Event, the goods directly signed by the artist will be sent to the address written at the time of application.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb The information at the time of application will be used, and even if the information is changed after application, it will not be changed. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb Please note that it may take up to a month for the autographed goods to be sent from South Korea.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fb We will store and deliver the customer`s goods as carefully as possible, but please note that some of the autographed goods may be broken or scratched depending on the situation of the shipping company.<\/span><\/p>\n
