\n\u30fb For the event will be held using the web conferencing tool “ZOOM”, please be sure to check if both of your audio and video camera is working properly. It is also possible to turn off the video camera on the customer’s side. (There will be support from the staff in advance, so please check the details via email after application.)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25c6 About advance guidance and advance connection meeting<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n\u30fb We will contact you in advance via email with details and instructions for the day of the event.<\/span>
\n\u30fb Register for the ONEWORLD Official LINE before the day of the event.<\/span>
\n\u30fb If you wish, you can participate in the pre-connection meeting that we will guide our customers by the day of the event.<\/span>
\n* In the pre-connection meeting, the staff will check the connection such as audio and video camera as in the actual Online Fansign Event.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\u30fb Up to 10 tickets<\/span> can be purchased for each zelo per order.<\/span>
\n(You can apply for more than the above limited number by ordering again.)<\/span>
\n\u30fb This event is limited to 150 tickets per zelo and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to purchase, please apply as soon as possible.<\/span>
\n\u30fbIf you purchase on the same day, even if the order number is divided, it will be done continuously.<\/span>

\u30fb When placing an order, please type in the name you want the artist to write (nicknames other than modifiers are possible, within 6 characters in Hiragana (or Katakana), Korean (Hangeul) or Alphabet), and your LINE ID (or Skype ID if you do not have a LINE ID). LINE ID (or Skype ID) will be used to send the “ZOOM” Online Fansign Event participation URL on the day of the event. <\/span>
\n\u30fb You can only enter one name for each purchase.<\/span>
\n\u30fb Please note that if you enter more than one name, the name you entered first will be written. If you do not enter your name, it will proceed without your name written.<\/span>
\n\u30fb If you entered your name in Hangul, garbled characters may be seen during the confirmation screen, but please be assured that it will be processed properly.<\/span><\/p>\n

*The name you entered will be used as the name you want the artist to write during the Online Fansign Event + the name you want the artist to mention in the 10-second video message of the ticket purchase privilege.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25c6 Precautions when making a payment transfer<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n*System usage fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket.<\/span>
\n* When making a transfer, please be sure to transfer the total amount including the system usage fee in the same name as the applicant. (If the name of the applicant and the name of the transfer account are different, or if the amount is insufficient, the payment cannot be confirmed.)<\/span>
\n* Please be sure to specify the last 4 digits of the order number before the transfer name.<\/span>
\n* In any case, applications are invalid if the payment date confirmed in our company is over the payment deadline written above, and we will not refund the application that is judged to be invalid.<\/span>

\u25c6 Notes on the day of the event<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n\u30fb On the day of the event, it will proceed in the order of the order table sent in advance.<\/span>
\n\u30fb Please be sure to enter using a username including the “last 5 digits of your order number”. (If the order number is not stated, we may not be able to approve it.)<\/span>
\n\u30fb The event will be proceeded by customer + zelo + staff (participation only by voice guidance). You can choose to have a Japanese-Korean interpreter if you wish, but please note that it will not be a professional interpreter but will be a “dialogue supporter” between the customer and the zelo.<\/span>
\n\u30fb Please participate in the event in a place and condition where you can connect to the internet stably. (PC is recommended)<\/span>
\n\u30fb We recommend that you refrain from participating in public places, as the event will proceed like a video call.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25c6A request to our fans\u2605<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n<Non-face-to-face online autograph session> is a precious time for artists and fans to meet.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nDuring the online signing event, if there are any rude requests\/profanity\/speech against the artist, we will immediately stop the signing event and take a compulsory leave.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nIn addition, during the signing event, even though it is a private place, some fans visit, and there are cases where protests and complaints from nearby residents are received. Please refrain from doing the above for the sake of maintaining the order and order of the fans as well as the smooth progress of the artist’s schedule.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery period is within one week after the end of the Online Fansign Event, and we will not be able to send it to any other application other than the LINE we asked for when placing an order. Also, we cannot resend special benefits sent digitally if the customer was not able to save the file during the storage limitation due.<\/span><\/p>\n
